RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
 
Items purchased in-store are final sale, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
 
Please note, Debi's Bridal return and exchange policy is for ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY.
 
All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them, unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Items returned with signs of obvious use may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.

EXCHANGES
 
Debi's Bridal accepts one exchange request per purchase. If upon receiving your online order you realize you need to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery of the order. If you need an exchange that is time-sensitive due to an upcoming event, please let us know as soon as possible, and we can offer you alternate options.
 
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:
  • Please include your order number the dress style, size, and color being exchanged to exchange.debisbridal@gmail.com
  • Send the first purchase back in its original condition within 3 days of receiving the order and include the return/exchange authorization form in the package.
  • Once received and inspected, we will either refund/charge you the difference depending on the price of the new dress and ship your exchange order. Shipping charges are subject to the shipping company.
 
Returns and Exchange requests are responded to Monday - Friday. It can take up to 24 hours to receive a return request approval/rejection. If you have any questions you can email us at exchange.debisbridal@gmail.com
